Совершенствование организационной структуры высшего образования является весьма сложной работой. Для получения требуемого качества выпускника требуются годы целенаправленной работы. Решению указанной задачи нет иных альтернатив. Ее решение может стать основой совершенствования структуры подготовки специалистов на принципах неформального управления, оптимизации и рационализации. В этой связи к решению поставленной задачи, координируемой в рамках Государственной программы научных исследований на 2016-2020г.г. «Экономика и гуманитарное развитие белорусского общества» (подпрограмма «Образование») подключен коллектив специалистов кафедры «Технология и методика преподавания», включающий специалистов в области педагогики, психологии, технического и обслуживающего труда, что является гарантией ее качественного выполнения.
