НАСТОЯЩИЙ КОНТРАКТ заключен  (дата)  между нижеследующими сторонами:
(1) ООО "ГАЗПРОМ ФЛОТ", обществом, учрежденным и действующим в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации, юридический адрес: ул. Наметкина, д. 12а, 117420, Москва, Россия (далее именуется "Покупатель"), и
(2) [●] (далее совместно именуемые «Строитель»).
НАСТОЯЩИМ СТОРОНЫ ПРИШЛИ К СОГЛАШЕНИЮ О НИЖЕСЛЕДУЮЩЕМ:
Принимая во внимание изложенные в настоящем документе взаимные обязательства, Строитель обязуется спроектировать, построить, спустить на воду, установить оборудование и завершить постройкой на верфи Строителя [●],(далее - «Верфь»), доставить и продать Покупателю после завершения и успешного прохождения испытаний одну (1) плавучую регазификационную установку, подробная информация о которой приводится в 00000 настоящего Контракта, при этом Покупатель соглашается принять поставку и приобрести у Строителя вышеуказанное судно на основании и в соответствии с условиями и положениями, изложенными ниже в настоящем Договоре.
